Born confident
Jun 27, 2017
We were all born doubt free.
As kids we used to play whatever we wanted to. Whether we roared like a lion,
we were fighting like a knight or we took care of our dolls like a mother does.
We did it all and we were full of confidence. We never wondered, if we are worthy enough.
We always felt good enough back then.
Surely but slowly our confidence passed away day by day. Sometimes because of things our parents told us, or due to punishment from teachers or because of things other kids did to us.
Today we try to gain back confidence by:
- looking strong and beautiful
- being successful in business
- winning competitions
- showing our wealth
- getting as much likes as possible
- and so much more ...
Today we quite often try to proof that we are good enough. So some of us compare ourself to others, who look less beautiful, look less strong, have less power in business, earn less money and so on.
And we want to show others that we are good enough.
Others like Mom or Dad, the teacher that bullied us or this kid from school back then.
When we arrived in this world, our battery of self-esteem was fuelled 100%.
For some of us this battery gets drained a bit. For others it empty already.
We don't have a power charger to plug in somewhere.
But we have this understanding of who we are deep inside of us.
You will fail to access it, if you keep looking at the surface.
You have to go through pain, before you can thrive and live your fullest potential.
It is worth going through emotions. Getting clarity of your past, will pay off in your future.
While you are overcoming self-doubt, your loved ones will benefit big time.
- They will feel more loved
- They will get inspired by you
- They will step up their game, because you did it in the first place
This spark of love, this feeling of being worthy enough and being good as you are right now, makes life so much more worthwhile.
Be brave and #Act bold now
It is the way, to have no regrets today.
With love,
Max Bormann
