While my inner critics are getting noisy, self doubt kicks in.

"Oh my god. I have to start all over again. Why me? Why now?"
I am in between two moods. Despair and anger.

I feel desperate, because I realize: My work is not done yet.
I am angry at myself, due to missing genius: My solution is not perfect.

I take the opportunity to ask someone, who can help me out.

5 Minutes later my phone rang. When I looked at the display I saw the name of Chris appearing.
    I answered the call.

"Hey mate, this is Chris. I want to help you to sort things out.
    What´s your question again?"

Desperately hoping to get an answer I gave my question to Chris.
What happens next, surprised and confused me simultaneously.

He said: "Max, your question is confusing me. Can you put it in 10 words please."

I gave my best and my attempt was about 20 words.
I was hoping to get THE ANSWER from Chris. Now.

But what I got was something else.
"This is now question Max. This is a statement." Chris replied.

"Hey Max, listen. Now matter what answer I would give to you know, you have to start to believe in yourself.
It looks like you know how things work. So listen to your heart. Listen to your inner voice and act on that."

    I went quite.
    He was right.

Then I realized it. Way before I asked Chris this question, I already had given myself the answer.
But I was skeptical about my inner voice. I distrusted it.

That´s why I asked Chris for permission. If he would say:
"This is great. Go for it" then it would be confirmed by someone who I was looking up to.

Now while I did this for decades I want to to let go of this habit as soon as possible.

Maybe this is not relevant to you, the reader.
Maybe it´s relevant to someone you know.

A person, who deserves to break free from this small minded behavior and thrive in life.

No matter what life presents you, always act bold now.
It´s the way, to have no regrets today.

    Yours Max

P.S. Thank you Chris Albert for ignoring my question and showing me THE WAY.
